Dispensation is a provider of high quality food for selected restaurants.
In Italian "Dispenso" is the crasis between "pantry" and "I think":
it combines the warm and homely world of the pantry full of delicacies
with the awareness of a company that, consistent with its philosophy,
knows what it promotes and what it proposes.
It also fits well with the company mission, being the dispensation not directly
attributable to the sale or preparation of food, but an "intermediate" place,
between those who produce (good) and those who consume (consciously).
